When I like something its easy to just like it. I love it. I obsess over it. Lately, my newest obsession has to do with a musician names Matt Nathanson. I am in love with his music. He has the voice of an angel.
Matt Nathanson is easily compared to John Mayer, (who's music I also enjoy) but I think theres something about Matt that is addicting. All of his songs are easy to catch on to which gives him maximum sing-along opprotunity which I personally love. I hate the beginning stages of a song that you love when you are trying to learn the words but your stuttering because you don't know them at all. With the help of my CD player and his new CD Modern Love, I knew his songs in a matter of days. It did help that I enjoyed all of his music so I didn't mind repeating the CD a few dozen times.
Unlike some of the Beiber crazed tweens out there, I don't like a musician based on their looks. As you can tell Matt Nathanson isn't the most attractive fellow, but the swooniness of his voice makes up for that. I don't really remember how I happened across his music, but I probably owe a big thanks to my friend Pandora Radio who helps me discover most of the artists I know and love today.
So I would definitely recommend you listen to some of his music if you haven't already. If you like an artist who has a sound that is heard through all of his music and not too varied you would definitely enjoy Matt Nathanson.
